Most of the items at Zurleys are fragile and/or bulky and we don't claim to get you your order the quickest but we do try our hardest to make sure your item arrives safely. In the unfortunte even an item is damaged by a courier, we are always here for you to recitify any issues.

With large and bulky deliveries you usually receive a notification about your including delivery slot and you can accept or reject this slot.
Direct Dispatch/Manufacturer Couriers - These are couriers that the manufacturer has recommended us to use for successful deliveries. These are usually DHL, ParcelForce, Fedex and Hermes. With these type of deliveries you usually receive the tracking code as well with some couriers such as DHL and DPD a message the morning of delivery.
